What to include

None of this is mandatory, but the more you send, the more useful our first reply will be.

  • What you are trying to build, in plain language
  • Anything that already exists — repo, designs, or a live system
  • The deadline or event you are working towards, if there is one
  • Roughly what budget range you have in mind
Questions

Before you get in touch

How quickly can you start?
For most engagements we can begin discovery within a week or two of scoping, depending on current team availability. Team-extension work usually starts fastest, since there is less upfront design.
How do you scope and price a project?
We start with a short paid or unpaid discovery, depending on size, to turn your brief into a concrete scope. From there you get either a fixed price for a bounded deliverable, or a monthly rate for a dedicated team. We do not quote a number before we understand the problem.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do. Source code, infrastructure configuration, and design assets are yours, handed over in your own repositories and cloud accounts from the start of the engagement.
Can you take over an existing or half-finished codebase?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We begin with a review of the code, dependencies, and deployment setup, then give you an honest assessment of what is worth keeping before proposing any changes.
What happens after launch?
Launch is usually the middle of a project rather than the end. We offer ongoing support and iteration, or a structured handover with documentation if you want to bring the work fully in-house.
